Responsibilities
Conduct deep-dive analyses to answer critical business questions related to sales performance, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales cycle trends
Support the annual GTM planning process by building and maintaining complex models for capacity planning, quota setting, and territory alignment
Work closely with sales, customer success, marketing, and finance teams to ensure our planning and analysis are aligned with broader company objectives
Develop, maintain, and enhance the 'source of truth' dashboards in our BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and Salesforce Data Cloud
Proactively identify opportunities to improve and automate existing analytical processes to increase efficiency and scalability
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years of experience in an analytical role such as Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, or Business Analytics
Experience working in a B2B or SaaS environment is a plus
Proficient in SQL with a demonstrated ability to write queries
Extensive experience with a BI platform (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
Strong, hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for building sophisticated, scalable models
Proven track record of using data to drive significant insights into sales performance
Strong understanding of GTM planning concepts like capacity modeling and quota setting
Commitment to meticulous data accuracy
Demonstrated ability using A.I. platforms to enhance, accelerate and scale processes in service of GTM planning and optimization
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex analyses and articulate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Highly analytical, intellectually curious, and proactive, with strong attention to detail
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
