Responsibilities
Assist the Mapping manager with all aspects of CAD and map preparation
Review field notes for information necessary to prepare maps
Prepare alignment references and Certified Corner Record (CCR) forms
Perform deed, plat & document research, title & easement review
Work in a safe manner and obey all safety regulations
Prepare Control Survey, Right of Way Map, Sketch of Description and Boundary survey deliverables
Qualification
Required
Must have a High School Diploma (Minimum)
Must have strong mathematical skills
Must be able to communicate effectively
Must have a valid driver's license and ability to pass a driving record check
Must pass drug and alcohol test
Must be dependable
Preferred
Three (3) years of CAD experience preferred
