Responsibilities
Manage the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
Maintain and improve internal controls to make sure financial information is accurate and complete
Act as the main point of contact for external auditors and field offices
Lead accounting work for complex or unusual transactions
Oversee the implementation of new accounting standards, including research, planning, and training
Keep the team updated on changes in GAAP and industry regulations
Help set up Internal controls and processes
Lead projects to improve financial reporting tools and processes
Review internal reports and documentation as needed
Qualification
Required
Candidates MUST be local to South FL area and have the ability to commute 2x per month to the office
Manage the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
