Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business Platform Product Management and Engineering) to shape the goals, strategy, and roadmap for Google Cloud
Analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and define requirements through global cross-functional partnerships
Assist product and engineering teams to measure and improve product excellence
Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement and solutions, encourage best practices with global stakeholders to deliver a positive experience to customers
Drive improvements to the technical programs by capturing and sharing best practices learned from customer engagements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
Experience leading software development programs
Preferred
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience with enterprise sales and compensation motions
Experience in helping teams measure and improve operational excellence, product excellence, and accessibility
Experience in Agile methodology
