Required
Bachelor's degree in nursing required
Minimum of 10-15 years in the areas of clinical operations
Prior experience as a Regional Nurse overseeing multiple skilled nursing facilities
Minimum of five years of experience as a Director of Nursing in long-term care
Excellent clinical background and knowledge
Experience in implementing policies and procedures
Must be knowledgeable in all current regulations and compliance
Experience with clinical data management
Ability to evaluate medical data and proficient knowledge of medical terminology
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong emotional intelligence
Agile and even-tempered in facing changing daily demands
Strong affinity for respect, inclusion, integrity, team, and excellence
Willingness to travel
