They are seeking a Controls Systems Installer I-III who will be responsible for installing control devices, pulling and securing wires, and performing basic troubleshooting tasks in a construction environment.

Responsibilities
Pulls and secures wire between controllers and devices
Mounts control devices such as temperature sensors and actuators
Mounts panels and panel components
Terminates wire at controllers and control devices
Performs simple conduit work such as straight conduit stub-ups through ceiling grid from a panel or conduit stubs through a wall
Able to explain basic low-voltage wiring principles
Uses a meter for simple troubleshooting and can understand simple wiring diagrams
Works independently on assigned tasks and reports back to Supervisor or Peers on issues that prevented work from being completed
Jobsite cleanup
Completes documentation including timesheets and project notes
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
0-3 years of experience working in construction, controls, HVAC, or similar industry preferred
Ability to understand and comply to jobsite and company safety requirements
Demonstrates a positive attitude and a desire to learn
Ability to take direction for specific tasks
Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and basic hand tool skills
Good verbal and written skills
Must have a Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and be 25 years of age for insurance purposes
Basic computer skills required (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write correspondence
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Mental stamina for problem solving and prioritizing multiple tasks
Will be required to work in a field environment, multiple customer sites on a daily basis
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard reach with hands and arms
The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit
The employee is continually required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
