Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive payroll process redesign initiatives, focusing on payroll data workflows, system configurations, and records management
Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and develop solutions to improve accuracy
Redesign processes to optimize payroll process efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payroll processes with HRIS, HRBP, timekeeping, and financial systems
Develop documentation, process maps, and training materials for new workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in payroll operations, with a focus on process improvement and system configuration
Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations, tax compliance, and multi-state payroll requirements
Hands-on experience with payroll systems (e.g. UKG, ADP, Workday) and HRIS integration
Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence stakeholders across functions
