Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate design teams on K-12 educational projects
Prepare and review design documents using Revit and AutoCAD
Ensure compliance with DSA guidelines and regulations throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to meet project goals
Mentor junior staff and support their professional development
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, specifically in K-12 projects
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD software
Strong understanding of DSA regulations and requirements
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred
AIA certification is preferred
LEED AP or LEED GA accreditation is a plus
