Responsibilities

Execute packaging concepts for Frozen and Ambient portfolios from ideation through final production
Ensure accuracy of claims, nutritionals, ingredient statements, dyelines, and regulatory/compliance content
Partner with R&D, Operations, and QA to confirm technical accuracy at every stage of development
Prepare, release, and manage print- and production-ready files, ensuring adherence to timelines, technical specifications, quality standards, and printer requirements
Troubleshoot production issues, including color management and printer feedback, to ensure successful execution
Adapt master artwork for size variations, multi-SKU systems, and retailer-specific requirements
Manage packaging partner and agency relationships to ensure smooth handoffs, version control, and execution
Adapt and extend agency-developed creative into production-ready and retailer-specific files
Maintain and evolve the master brand design system, ensuring consistent application of typography, color, photography, and brand architecture across all touchpoints
Collaborate with other designers to uphold brand standards and visual consistency
Create sales enablement assets—including sell-in decks, sell sheets, planogram mockups, displays, shippers, and retailer presentation materials—to support launches and buyer meetings
Maintain organized templates, packaging archives, and content libraries
Implement efficient systems for versioning, naming conventions, file structure, and cross-team asset access

Required

5–7+ years' experience in packaging design, production art, or CPG graphics
Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Experience preparing mechanicals, working with dyelines, and managing printer feedback
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
A portfolio that demonstrates packaging experience and clean, consistent design execution
A production-minded designer with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Comfort collaborating with diverse partners (from Sales to R&D to external printers)
Ownership mentality and strong problem-solving abilities
