Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of automation solutions that connect and orchestrate business systems across the organization
Develop and maintain integrations between our ERP system, internal applications, and third-party tools
Implement and integrate AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance business processes and analytics
Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient deployment of automation solutions
Utilize Git and related version control tools to manage source code, collaboration, and release processes
Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational and analytical requirements into scalable technical solutions
Support ERP design and customization workflows, including linking ERP design tools with development and version control systems
Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and compliance standards
Provide technical leadership, documentation, and best practices for automation development within the IT team
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Python for application development and system integration
Experience with Git and other development and tracking tools (e.g., issue tracking, CI/CD platforms)
Hands-on experience designing and supporting CI/CD processes
Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data workflows
Experience working in an IT or enterprise application development environment
