This role involves hands-on training and development under a seasoned Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, focusing on the operations of a skilled nursing or assisted living facility.

Responsibilities
Hands on training and Development by a seasoned Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
Rotation through the various departments and duties in a skilled nursing or assisted living facility
Education on the interrelationships of the facility with outside parties and government agencies
Study of regulations and requirements associated with the operation of a skilled nursing facility
Education on basic leadership and management skills
Business / fiscal accounting management
Principles of risk management and health care compliance
Meet the minimum regulatory requirements for licensure in their state of intended residence
Be able to travel and attend company training
Qualification
Required
Must be located within 40 miles of the facility
Bachelors' Degree required or currently in a Bachelor's program for Nursing Home Administration
Administrator in Training candidates must meet the minimum regulatory requirements for licensure in their state of intended residence
