5+ years expPTR Global is seeking a User Experience Project Manager to support project planning and deliverable management across multiple projects. The role involves working with UX team members to create project timelines, monitor progress, and build relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Track UX timelines and project delivery
Create Project Kick-off materials and facilitate kick-off meetings
Develop and drive high-level project milestones and detailed project plan
Assist in managing project backlogs, participating in sprint planning and grooming
Clear communication of project plans, status, and critical issues to project stakeholders and sponsors
Assist project to completion through defined stage gates, deliverables, and approvals
Remove roadblocks by identifying issues early and proactively identifying solutions and escalating as appropriate
Qualification
Required
Must be able to travel to Chicago monthly
5-7 years of experience as a PM
Strong business acumen
Agile experience/certification
Preferred
Design or UX Experience preferred
