Responsibilities

Take on ambiguous, high-impact problems and drive them to completion with urgency, ownership, and data-backed decision-making

Run customer support end-to-end, including managing and scaling a contractor team, setting SLAs, and building repeatable support processes

Manage customer email communications across onboarding, drip campaigns, and collections. Own deliverability, segmentation, and performance metrics

Own the full appeals filing process across counties, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while managing a team of 5+ contractors

Research and interpret local property tax regulations, create clear customer-facing guides, and surface local nuances to the product and engineering teams
