Responsibilities

Analysing financial data and developments in both public and private global financial markets across a variety of asset classes and investment strategies, including private equity, public and private credit, real estate, infrastructure and real assets, venture capital, and secondaries
Constructing quantitative financial models, analysing economic performance, and performing valuation analysis of alternative asset managers and their underlying investment funds and vehicles
Conducting research and preparing materials, including written analysis and evaluations of GP-level financial and strategic alternatives, including mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, minority stake sales, financing and liquidity solutions, divestures, and restructurings
Working with senior team members in leading the day-to-day execution of transactions, including participating in internal and external client and counterparty meetings, facilitating management presentations and due diligence sessions, and negotiating contracts and other agreements

Required

Bachelor's Degree
2-5 years of investment banking experience, or an MBA degree and 2+ years of investment banking or closely related experience

Desire to work in a team environment
Strong background in finance, accounting, and alternative investment strategies
