Administrative Assistant (Talent Acquisition)

Responsibilities
Schedule candidate interviews through Outlook and company scheduling software
Handle travel arrangements for candidate visits
Provide support to candidates throughout the interview process
Process and track invoices related to recruitment and hiring
Support onboarding activities for new hires
Qualification
Required
Experience coordinating calendars
Experience coordinating travel logistics
Experience coordinating meetings
Proficient in the MS Office Suite (particularly Outlook calendar)
Preferred
Experience with applicant tracking systems
