Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of Account Specialists, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development
Oversee end-to-end renewal processes, ensuring timely execution of quotes, contracts, and forecasting
Drive incremental revenue through low-complexity upsell and cross-sell opportunities; support pricing and negotiation strategies
Align with CSMs, Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure renewal timing and commercial terms support customer value realization
Maintain visibility into renewal performance, pipeline health, and commercial metrics; ensure CRM accuracy and reporting integrity
Identify and implement scalable processes, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years in account management, renewals, or commercial operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments
Proficiency in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ platforms)
Advanced English proficiency both written and oral. Candidates will be tested before setting up an interview
