Responsibilities
Process accurate bi-weekly payroll through ADP, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
Manage payroll and billing operations for multiple payer sources, including VA, Medicaid, and private pay clients
Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable in QuickBooks
Reconcile payroll and financial reports, resolving discrepancies promptly
Support payroll tax filings, W-2/1099 preparation, and annual audits
Maintain organized financial records and assist with budgeting and expense tracking
Collaborate with leadership to monitor financial trends and improve process efficiency
Uphold financial integrity and internal controls that align with compliance standards
Qualification
Required
3+ years of accounting experience, including payroll, billing, and financial reporting
Understands payroll tax regulations and accounting principles
Detail-Driven: Excels at maintaining accuracy across payroll, billing, and reporting functions
Tech-Savvy: Leverages systems like ADP, QuickBooks, and Excel to improve efficiency and financial accuracy
Organized: Manages multiple financial workflows efficiently with consistent follow-through
Discreet: Handles confidential employee and company information with professionalism and care
Collaborative: Works effectively with leadership and team members to ensure smooth financial operations
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Knowledge of billing processes for multiple payer sources
