Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, strategic partners, and vendors as it aligns with strategic goals of organization
Work closely with team members to identify, measure, and analyze KPIs and key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
Monitor and maintain monthly and quarterly progress in line with organizational budgetary plans
Plan, monitor, and analyze daily and weekly operational import shipments with customer care team and to minimize costs while maximizing output
Conduct high-level resource planning and forecasting management decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
4+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or supply chain
3+ years in conflict management and business negotiation processes
Extensive experience executing OOG, Heavy cargo transportation, and Prep of Project RFQ
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Speaks Korean
Logistics: 4 years
Freight: 4 years
Preferred
3-4 years of experience of working in multiple operational functions and principles, including, finance, customer service, supply chain, operations
Budgeting: 3 years
Performance management: 2 years
Negotiation: 1 year
Import: 4 years
Customer relationship management: 3 years
