Jet Aviation has been crafting flight in its smoothest form since 1967, and they are seeking a Line & Ramp Services Agent to support aircraft, crews, and passengers at their Fixed Base Operator location. Responsibilities

Safely handling aircraft ground operations, including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment
Delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities
Maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness
Supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues
Handle ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards
Provide porter services — delivering luggage, cargo, and transporting crew and passengers
Assist with aircraft movements, including towing, pushback, marshalling, and disconnecting
Operate ground support equipment (GPU, water, lavatory services, etc.) with care and precision
Keep things stocked and spotless by assisting with catering items, ice, coffee, and cleaning duties
Support a strong safety-first culture by actively participating in safety and quality programs
Report any hazards, near misses, or unusual occurrences to keep operations smooth and safe

Qualification

Required

A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
A valid driver's license and a strong sense of responsibility
Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above)
A courteous, respectful attitude and a reliable work ethic
Willingness to work flexible hours — rain or shine
Must be able to handle the demands of an active, on-the-move role
A strong eye for quality and a natural focus on customer service
The ability to stay cool, calm, and collected under pressure
Someone who takes pride in doing things right, enjoys working outdoors

Preferred

Preferably at least one year of mechanical experience
Direct line and ramp experience preferred, but not required
