Buying Coordinator/Asst Office Manager
C&K Market Inc. is a grocery store chain operating in Oregon and Northern California, and they are seeking a Buying Coordinator/Assistant Office Manager. This role involves assisting the Marketing Team and Buyers with various projects, focusing on both Perishable and Non-Perishable Departments, while also performing clerical duties and supporting the Executive Assistant/Office Manager.

Responsibilities
Running & recording reports/movements using a software program, Excel, and Word
Creating and distributing sales messages, reports, and recaps to stores
Perform some clerical activities
Assist the Executive Assistant/Office Manager with a variety of duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Able to work independently
Effectively take on projects without extensive direction
Ability to thrive under pressure with tight deadlines
Be extremely detail oriented

Have strong organizational abilities and multitask effectively
Possess effective oral and written communication skills
