Corporate Trainer
Prosource is the Midwest region’s leading business technology solutions provider, and they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainer to join their team. The Corporate Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate engaging training programs to enhance employee performance and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities
Assess organizational and departmental training needs, identify skill gaps, and recommend solutions in collaboration with leaders
Design, develop, and deliver training programs (onboarding, leadership, compliance, technical, and soft skills) that align with company goals and standards
Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions across all locations
Create and maintain instructional materials, e-learning content, and on-demand resources (e.g., KnowledgeWave, Udemy), ensuring accuracy and relevance
Track participation, completion, and performance outcomes; report metrics and ROI to stakeholders
Partner with subject matter experts and department heads to ensure content quality and alignment with business needs
Promote technology-driven learning to improve efficiency, scalability, and accessibility
Support career growth, succession planning, and change management initiatives through targeted training, coaching, and mentoring
Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements and industry regulations
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate external training resources for cost-effectiveness
Collaborate with HR, IT, and operations to integrate training into company-wide initiatives, including 100-day new hire plans
Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and accountability for training completion
Stay current on compliance, industry best practices, tools, and trends to enhance training strategy and outcomes
Assist with HR events as needed
Perform additional duties as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, education, or related field or relevant hands-on experience
3–5 years of experience in a training or development role, preferably with a focus on office equipment, technology or related field
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs in a technology-driven environment
Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills
Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
Passion for delivering excellent experiences and building strong teams
