Responsibilities

Administer and monitor Windows and Linux servers, including setup, patching, and backups

Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and permissions

Configure and troubleshoot network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)

Maintain secure and reliable internet connectivity; implement VPN and firewall rules

Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

Resolve escalated technical issues promptly and effectively

Install and update software, antivirus, and security patches

Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding (hardware setup, account creation)

Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues

Maintain accurate documentation for configurations and procedures

Support cloud services (Microsoft 365) and basic VoIP systems

Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and repairs
