Responsibilities
Coordinate efforts to establish a centralized program governance structure and processes, including maintaining project plans, notes, and coordinating meetings
Understand strategic REWS related changes being driven by or for the business and develop a plan to execute against it
Lead and manage REWS related programs by partnering across the organization with a client’s employee
Cross collaboration across multiple pillars to drive solutions, manage expectations, and identify risks
Develop communication materials (slides, documents, etc.) to engage leaders within REWS and product areas
Qualification
Required
7+ years' experience as a Program or project manager/coordinator in industry managing and navigating complex, strategic projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Key skills include organization and planning, strategic thinking, strong communication, analytics, and problem-solving abilities with proven ability to deliver on time
Proficiency with project management tools is expected
A Bachelor's degree in related fields - Real Estate, project management, communication, change management or equivalent practical experience
Preferred
Ability to integrate use of AI in their everyday work
