Responsibilities
Prospect and engage small business owners, dealers, and lending partners
Qualify financing opportunities and assess initial borrower fit
Educate partners and clients on working capital and equipment finance solutions
Support onboarding of new partners and originations into the lending pipeline
Manage outreach, pipeline activity, and CRM updates with a focus on deal progression
Collaborate closely with credit, underwriting, and funding teams to move transactions toward approval and funding
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in financial services, lending, banking, fintech, or SMB finance
Comfortable with outbound outreach and phone-based conversations
Motivated by commission, deal volume, and performance-based growth
Strong communication skills and a professional, client-facing presence
Preferred
Exposure to loan origination, credit evaluation, or small business financing
