The AM Host is responsible for welcoming guests and ensuring a positive dining experience through table accommodations and menu recommendations.

Qualification
Required
A friendly and welcoming demeanor
High-energy and personable, especially during busy morning service
Previous customer service required
Ability to multi task (use phone, computer, ipad, simultaneous and regularly)
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Refined verbal communication skills
A desire to exceed guest expectations
Ability to stand for long period of time
Work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
Must be able to work early mornings
Flexible schedule - willing and able to work early morning shifts, weekends and holidays
