Responsibilities
Audit and validate specific data points across multiple internal systems to ensure data consistency before tenant provisioning
Manage the end-to-end provisioning of tenants for customers within the Cortex Cloud environment
Confirm that all entitlements align with established business rules and contract parameters
Complete technical tickets and internal forms with high accuracy to document the successful completion of provisioning tasks
Identify discrepancies or blockers; work collaboratively with the core team to provide context, document issues, and define clear paths to resolution
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in data coordination, systems administration, or technical support roles
Detail-Oriented: High level of precision when working with data entry and system cross-referencing
Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand and apply complex business logic to various customer scenarios
Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for providing clear context during escalations
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM/Ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow bots) and other SaaS solutions
Reliability: Ability to manage a steady but high volume of tasks within a fixed project timeline
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
