Responsibilities
Design and implement complex M365 and Entra AD configurations including email security, conditional access, Zero Trust models, and tenant-wide policy management
Architect and deploy network solutions (firewalls, switches, Access points, SDWAN architecture)
Strong understanding of OSI model
Lead and execute major projects such as tenant migrations, server decommissioning and builds, SharePoint/cloud file storage migrations
Develop automation solutions and optimize RMM configuration to reduce manual workloads
Oversee backup and disaster recovery strategies, ensuring alignment with nonprofit compliance requirements
Investigate security incidents and support implementation of best practices
Serve as final technical escalation point for all system administrators
Qualification
Required
