Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service—greet every guest with a smile and make them feel at home
Educate clients about floating and our membership options
Keep the spa clean, calm, and organized (includes disinfecting float pods & common areas)
Help convert first-time guests into long-term members and encourage referrals
Follow up with guests after their float to support retention and gather feedback
Keep the spa clean, calm, and organized (including float pods & common areas)
Answer phones, manage bookings, and complete daily checklists
Support your team and contribute to a positive, goal-oriented atmosphere
Host influencers who are filming their experience to share with their networks
Qualification
Required
Is friendly, dependable, and passionate about wellness
Loves providing excellent customer service
Has excellent time management skills and ability to navigate computer/POS interfaces
Is comfortable with cleaning quickly and efficiently between appointments
Enjoys working in a peaceful environment
Is confident (or willing to become confident) in sales conversations—we'll train you!
Can commit to working weekends and evenings
