Responsibilities
Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events
Create and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates; demonstrates editing and proofreading skill to ensure accuracy of internal and external communication
Assist with planning and coordination of promotional events and activities, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly and effectively
Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services
Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand image
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and handling correspondence
Process requests for creative projects and follow up on the requests through completion
Assist marketing and advertising initiatives by coordinating deliveries, preparing collateral for installation, and delivering collateral to appropriate departments/locations
Collaborate with Marketing Shared Services team members and project stakeholders, including key operational leads and procurement. Communicate necessary information as it pertains to future projects and track the progress of project deliverables
Create and prepare correspondence including memorandums, agendas, letters, forms, purchase orders, invoices, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports as needed
Qualification
Required
Two (2) years of experience in marketing and operations, preferably in the hospitality or gaming industry
High school diploma or GED required
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are necessary for this position
This specialist must be detailed oriented, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills verbally and in writing
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, email marketing software)
Flexibility with work schedule is required for this position
State of Nevada Gaming Permit, Valid Driver's License, and D.M.V. Driving History Printout (no more than 30 days old)
Minimum age requirement: 21 years old
Preferred
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in marketing or related field preferred
