InternHighland-Clarksburg Hospital is seeking a Therapy Graduate Intern to assist with therapy services under the supervision of licensed staff. The intern will provide evidence-based interventions, assist with case management, and participate in treatment team meetings while gaining practical experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities
Provide supportive counseling for adult, adolescent, and child patients
Provide group therapy for adult, adolescence, and child patients
Provide group therapy for adults, adolescence, and children
Assists with completing patient assessments
Assists with safety and discharge planning
Assists with crisis intervention
Assists with treatment planning
Presents patient information at treatment team meetings for reviews of patient progress and discharge planning procedures
Maintains all clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and accrediting standards
Documents and reports all suspected incidents of abuse and/or neglect in compliance with current regulations
Meets staff development requirements
Other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must have completed Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, psychology)
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variable as needed
Ability to write routine reports and speak effectively with patients and their families, employees and public
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
Ability to deal with a variety of personality types; remains calm during high stress situations
Preferred
General Social Work Licensure preferred
