They are seeking a full-time Project Manager to support operations for their Doula Program, ensuring smooth day-to-day management of schedules, workflows, compliance, and coordination with teams and partners.

Responsibilities

Manage program workplans, timelines, and operational deliverables
Coordinate doula staffing schedules and coverage; maintain accurate shift trackers and logs
Lead recurring coordination meetings, including agendas, notes, and action item tracking
Develop, update, and maintain SOPs and operational tools (scheduling protocols, documentation standards, escalation workflows)
Support onboarding and compliance tracking in partnership with HR, including background checks, TB requirements, credentialing, and training completion
Maintain accurate program records and reporting data; provide regular status updates and identify risks early
Coordinate communication across teams to resolve operational issues efficiently and professionally
Support quality improvement efforts by identifying workflow gaps and standardizing processes across sites
Work on-site at CCH locations and the Prism Health office as required by program needs

Required

Bachelor's degree required (public health, health administration, women's health, or related field preferred)
2–3 years of project management or program coordination experience, preferably in healthcare, maternal health, or community health
Experience working in person in clinical, hospital, or healthcare-adjacent environments
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced comfort with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets
Ability to pass required background checks and meet Cook County Health compliance requirements

Preferred

Master of Public Health (MPH) preferred
Experience working in women's health, maternal/child health, doula programs, or hospital–community partnerships
Familiarity with working with diverse and underserved communities
Experience supporting EHR workflows (Cerner preferred) and secure clinical communication tools (e.g., TigerConnect)
Experience with HR/onboarding systems such as Gusto or Checker
