Responsibilities

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on facility systems and manufacturing equipment

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments

Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Identify and research necessary parts for repairs and maintenance tasks

Collaborate with production and management teams to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption

Document labor hours and part usage in the company’s maintenance system

Assist with maintaining preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment

Support efforts to reduce downtime and improve maintenance efficiency

Help maintain and update asset records and maintenance logs

Receive and verify incoming maintenance-related parts and materials

Comply with all safety standards and regulatory requirements

Required

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, welding, painting, carpentry, and industrial systems

Skill in the use of hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair instruments

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision

Effective problem-solving and organizational skills

1–2 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing or similar industrial environment

Preferred

Experience with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

Intermediate computer skills

Strong interpersonal communication

Self-motivated and detail-oriented

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently

Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
