Responsibilities
Collect, review, and validate data related to HCP payments and transfers of value in alignment with Sunshine Act and global transparency requirements
Review, reconcile, and process event-related expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies and local/global compliance guidelines
Manage event data entry in company CRM, event management, or compliance tracking systems
Oversee data collection for HCP travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, ensuring fair market value and policy compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Compliance, or related field
Training in compliance, transparency reporting, or event management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM and compliance reporting systems (e.g., MedCompli, Concur, MedPro, Salesforce)
2+ years of experience in compliance, finance, event management or transparency reporting
Occasional travel (up to 15%) for events or audits
