They are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician 3 to provide maintenance support and repairs to production machinery, troubleshoot technical problems, and perform corrective and preventive maintenance to maximize throughput and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Respond in a timely manner to all maintenance requests on the production floor
Train production technicians in the proper set-up and copy troubleshooting techniques
Provide training and assistance to production technicians as needed to help maximize production output and minimize downtime through the utilization of proper production techniques and handling practices
Effectively diagnose mechanical, electrical, network, and computer hardware/software in assigned area (facility, machinery, equipment, etc.)
Make timely and accurate repairs, as necessary, during production
Utilize illustrated parts breakdown manuals and operational manuals in the repair, modification and maintenance of equipment
Inspect machinery for potential problems on a daily basis. Documents problems and schedules work/repairs as appropriate
Respond to all assigned maintenance work orders in a timely manner
Responsible for performing preventive maintenance (PM) activities in accordance with the preventive maintenance plan. These activities will be recorded using proper PM sheets
Perform inventory control of parts and equipment used from inventory
Inform Supervisor of parts and equipment used from inventory
Record maintenance activities using the proper computer application or paperwork
Provide training and coaching to new maintenance technicians and inspects their work
Perform housekeeping duties required of maintenance staff including work area clean-up, machine and equipment clean-up, sweeping up after clean-up and various other general housekeeping duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
High school diploma
3-5 years related electro-mechanical experience
Extensive hands on experience and detailed knowledge of: Industrial mechanical and electrical machines and systems
Computers hardware and software, specifically industrial controls and related I/O's
Able to identify and perform Level A, B, & C equipment preventive maintenance
Able to diagnose equipment faults and malfunctions
Knowledge of OSHA regulations/requirements
Able to read and understand schematics/blueprints
Strong Computer literacy: Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet software. Ideal candidates will have experience with Inventory Software, Manufacturing Software, and Order Processing systems
Must demonstrate good time management skills
Plans and organizes daily work flow
Ability to retain knowledge of procedures and processes and understand complex instructions and multi-step procedures
Willingness to attend training classes to learn or enhance skills
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Ability to organize work, people and materials
Strong written and verbal communications skills. Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports
Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate area, circumference, volume, etc
Service-oriented personality
Ability to work independently on nights and weekend shifts
Ability to work a 12-hour rotating work schedule with call-in and overtime duties
Preferred
Associates Degree, technical certification, or equivalent preferred
Powered Industrial Truck Certification preferred
