Responsibilities
Lead medium-to-large projects in a matrixed environment, maintaining project roadmaps and ensuring alignment with industry best practices
Support and manage initiatives for cross-enterprise platforms, specifically Salesforce and Workday, as well as internal marketing and corporate systems
Proactively identify project risks and recommend corrective actions. Create and maintain detailed project records, artifacts (SOX compliance, internal reporting), and communication plans
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units. Present project status, tactical updates, and strategic insights to upper management and executive stakeholders
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate outcomes. Ensure projects meet financial and project audit standards
Operate effectively within both Waterfall and Agile environments using tools like Azure DevOps and Smartsheet
Qualification
Required
3-7 years of progressive project management experience
Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Azure DevOps
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, Word, etc.)
Preferred
Prior experience in the Insurance industry, particularly with exposure to financial and project audits
Education: Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
