Responsibilities
Lead deep-dive performance analyses across AI-driven marketing and media experiments
Translate complex datasets into concise, high-impact strategic insights and recommendations
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform marketing investment decisions
Design and refine structured frameworks to evaluate emerging AI marketing tools and media pilots
Ensure alignment between experimentation outcomes and broader business objectives
Standardize measurement approaches to support repeatable decision-making
Own end-to-end workstreams for lab initiatives, from planning through execution and readouts
Apply an operator mindset to identify process gaps, unblock teams, and implement scalable solutions
Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across multiple initiatives
Synthesize quantitative findings into clear, executive-ready presentations
Distill technical and analytical outputs into actionable, non-technical business implications
Influence senior stakeholders on budget allocation, prioritization, and strategy
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, or Strategy & Operations roles in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Experience supporting executive-level decision-making with data-driven insights
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Sheets; strong data modeling and problem-solving skills
Ability to break down ambiguous, open-ended problems into logical, actionable workstreams
Proven ability to translate metrics and analysis into compelling narratives for senior leaders
Experience managing multiple high-priority initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
