Responsibilities
Lead the management of controller programs, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources
Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery
Develop and maintain program/project schedules, including status reporting
Create, review, and analyze functional specifications to guide product implementation decisions
Provide technical and analytical support to Product Managers and other stakeholders
Organize and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in building electronic hardware with a mechanical engineering background
Strong program management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating complex projects
Demonstrated ability to develop project timelines, resource plans, and status reporting
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience interfacing with clients and cross-functional teams in a technical capacity
Preferred
Experience in the tech industry with hardware product development
Previous involvement in managing controller or embedded systems programs
Familiarity with multi-functional engineering teams and collaborative project delivery
Experience in preparing and reviewing functional specifications for hardware products
