DRYmedic Restoration Services is a team of experienced disaster restoration professionals. As a Mitigation Project Manager, you'll lead projects, manage communication with clients and staff, and ensure timely completion of restoration services.

Construction

Responsibilities

Inspects new job opportunities
Sells and signs up new opportunities for service
Works with Mitigation Project Coordinator to schedule projects
Develops project scopes
Manage Client, adjuster, and other participants' communication
Direct assigned team members on job sites
Develop and Monitor job workflows
Organize sub-contractors as needed on the job site
Order vendors as needed for the job site
Manage job site issues
Manages DASH job files assigned to you
Estimate jobs in Xactimate
Create the final Invoice in Xactimate
Other duties as required

Qualification

Emergency restoration experienceSales experienceIICRC certificationsXactimate softwareManagement skillsPlanning skillsDelegation skillsCommunication skillsLeadership skills

Required

Relevant experience in emergency restoration (required)
Sales experience (required)
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills (required)
Full-time position
IICRC certifications, including but not limited to WTR, ASD, AMRT, FSRT
Ability to work independently and multitask in a busy environment
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Strong management, delegation, planning, and leadership skills
Must have Valid Drivers' License
Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
Use estimating software like Xactimate
Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting
Clean shave face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations
Working in tight or confined spaces
