Responsibilities

Own deep, proactive sourcing across multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, cold calling, email, text, events)

Develop deep understanding of competitor landscape and market nuances and leverage knowledge to be agile in sourcing approach

Execute high-volume cold outreach and cold calling to engage passive candidates

Partner tightly with a Senior Recruiter to qualify, advance, and support close of candidates throughout the hiring process

Travel as needed to deliver exceptional, white-glove candidate experiences (site visits, interviews, events)

Build strong pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and maintain ongoing talent relationships

Track outreach, pipeline activity, and candidate progress with consistency and discipline

Proven experience in hard-to-fill sourcing and recruiting

Collaborative mindset with comfort working in a paired, team-based recruiting model
