Responsibilities
Leading cross-functional laboratory initiatives to improve operational efficiency and harmonize global processes
Providing technical expertise and troubleshooting support for complex ligand binding assay challenges
Overseeing method transfers between global and cross-functional laboratories
Serving as the primary technical contact in client discussions and project planning
Driving instrumentation evaluation and implementation, including cost and performance analysis
Leading CAPA investigations and ensuring timely resolution and documentation
Supporting training and development initiatives for laboratory staff
Contributing to SOP development, regulatory compliance, and technical report writing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, medical laboratory technology, or cytotechnology
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a regulated laboratory environment
Demonstrated expertise in ligand binding assay techniques and instrumentation
Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
Expertise in ligand binding assay techniques
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to interpret complex data
Proficiency in scientific documentation, SOP development, and regulatory compliance
Experience with LEAN Six Sigma principles and cross-functional collaboration
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
