Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability using enterprise level tools (Open Observe, Grafana, Catchpoint)

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time

Drive and escalate complex IT issues related to the Walmart store, Home Office and Supply Chain areas while providing accurate and timely updates to appropriate leaders

Work closely with IT, development, and business operations teams

Manage team projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals

Generate reports on system health, incident trends, and KPIs

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
