The role involves managing administrative, operational, and strategic support tasks to help the CEO focus on growth, including scheduling, internal communications, and team coordination.

Manage the CEO's calendar and prioritize meetings across time zones
Coordinate with remote teams to ensure follow-ups and progress on key initiatives
Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track action items
Assist with hiring tasks, onboarding, and internal team communications
Handle occasional personal tasks that support executive efficiency
Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
Be a trusted, discreet, and dependable support partner
Qualification
Required
Are based in or near Rochester, Michigan and open to a hybrid schedule
Have prior experience supporting a founder, executive, or leadership team
Thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to change
Have excellent communication skills (especially in writing)
Are tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, etc
Are proactive, resourceful, and take ownership without needing constant direction
