New Grad, Entry LevelLion Real Estate Group is seeking a Capital Markets Associate to support and help execute the firm’s fundraising, financing, and investor relations initiatives. This role offers direct exposure to institutional investors and involves hands-on participation in capital strategy and investor communications.

Responsibilities
Support fundraising initiatives across institutional, family office, and HNW investors
Assist with marketing materials, data rooms, roadshows, diligence, and closings
Help evaluate and structure fund-level debt and financing opportunities
Support recapitalizations, joint ventures, and secondary transactions
Track capital markets activity and provide insights on market conditions
Assist with quarterly investor reporting, portfolio updates, and ad-hoc requests
Coordinate logistics and materials for investor meetings, webinars, and presentations
Support preparation and review of subscription documents and side letters
Update investor cash flows, reports, and presentations
Partner with acquisitions, asset management, and corporate finance teams
Contribute to improving IR and Capital Markets processes, reporting, and CRM workflows
Qualification
Required
Capital markets professional experience
Experience in fundraising, analytics, and investor relationships
Ability to work across teams on complex real estate transactions
Experience supporting fundraising initiatives across institutional, family office, and high-net-worth investors
Ability to assist with marketing materials, data rooms, roadshows, diligence, and closings
Experience evaluating and structuring fund-level debt and financing opportunities
Ability to support recapitalizations, joint ventures, and secondary transactions
Experience tracking capital markets activity and providing insights on market conditions
Ability to assist with quarterly investor reporting, portfolio updates, and ad-hoc requests
Experience coordinating logistics and materials for investor meetings, webinars, and presentations
Ability to support preparation and review of subscription documents and side letters
Experience updating investor cash flows, reports, and presentations
Ability to partner with acquisitions, asset management, and corporate finance teams
Experience contributing to improving IR and Capital Markets processes, reporting, and CRM workflows
