Responsibilities
Manage components of Receivables operations to ensure SLAs, accuracy, and efficiency
Maintain strong First Line of Defense controls including internal procedure adherence, documentation, and recordkeeping
Coordinate internal / external for audit and compliance engagements
Develop and maintain dashboards; analyze trends and implement data-driven improvements to quality, speed, accuracy, and cost
Drive modernization and automation initiatives; define requirements, execute change management, and deliver measurable outcomes
Hire, coach, and develop team members; conduct performance management and succession planning; foster collaboration and inclusion
Collaborate with Product, Project, IT, Risk, Treasury, and Servicing partners; communicate status, impacts, and decisions to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
7+ years in Banking Operations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
Previous leadership experience required
Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
Advanced knowledge and experience of Regulatory requirements
Advanced knowledge and experience of core banking products
Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
Hands-on familiarity with core banking systems and payment platforms; strong data/reporting and MS Office skills
Demonstrated success in process improvement, automation, and project delivery; ability to lead cross-functional teams and vendors
Exceptional communication, executive presence, and negotiation skills
Preferred
Project Management Experience preferred
Certifications such as AAP, PMP, Six Sigma, or similar are a plus
