Responsibilities

Direct experience setting, managing user accounts & groups in active directory
Direct experience creating PowerShell scripts
Migrating services from on-premises to another platform
Deploy, configure, and manage software resources such as virtual machines, storage accounts, and virtual networks
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including updates and patches
Monitor system performance and resource utilization using software and related tools
Identify and resolve technical issues related to software services in a timely manner
Manage Active Directory (AAD), ensuring proper identity and access control
Implement security best practices, such as firewalls, encryption, and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Configure and manage backups
Microsoft Azure is a plus
