Responsibilities
Support the Data Implementation Managers by completing client configuration tasks
Assist in loading client data using proprietary data management tools and complete full validations of data loaded
Update requirements documentation as needed
Monitor, research, and resolve internal and external inquiries in a timely manner
Keep validation thresholds updated and complete research when unexpected changes occur
Work on client-facing/internal/special projects as needed
Interface with internal and external clients with a high level of professionalism
Build strong relationships with client team members, work successfully under pressure, maintain positive attitude, and meet client project deadlines in an efficient and professional manner
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field or related work experience
Minimum 1-3 years in Technical Support, Project Management, Account Management or other successful client facing experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and strong understanding of Excel data formulas/functions
Preferred
Knowledge of the financial services / insurance / securities compliance industry's concepts, practices, and procedures a plus
Masters' Degree in a related field
