Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth, well-run office
Manage and reconcile trust, operating, and expense accounts
Oversee budgeting, bookkeeping, and coordination of tax accounting and filings
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance
Provide high-level administrative and legal assistant support to attorneys
Prepare, organize, and submit routine filings in Georgia’s Probate and Superior Courts
Track deadlines and maintain orderly case files
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and service providers
Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Provide limited support for partners’ personal financial and business matters
Qualification
Required
College coursework required; bachelor's degree preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and office technology
Excellent typing skills and exceptional attention to detail
Bookkeeping or accounting experience
Highly organized, discreet, and professional communication style
Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior law firm administration or office management experience
Experience supporting trust, estates, or closely held professional practices
Familiarity with Georgia court filing procedures (helpful, but not required)
