Sales Development Representative - Hotel Partnership Development
MHW Live Music is a leading curator and manager of entertainment programming in the hospitality industry. They are seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to support their Director of Partnership Development by booking meetings with decision-makers at top U.S. hotels.

Responsibilities
Conduct strategic outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, and creative prospecting) to VIP hotel contacts across luxury, lifestyle, and boutique brands
Book 5 qualified discovery calls per week for the Director of Partnership Development
Research target hotels, identify the correct stakeholders (GMs, Directors of Operations, F&B leaders, Entertainment Managers), and craft personalized outreach
Manage warm and cold outreach sequences to generate interest in MHW’s entertainment programming solutions
Track all activity, contacts, and meetings within the CRM
Collaborate closely with the Director of Partnership Development on messaging, targeting strategy, and meeting qualification
Maintain a proactive, positive, and professional approach while engaging high-level hospitality executives
Act as the first impression for one of the fastest-growing entertainment brands in hospitality
Qualification
Required
No experience preferred — we hire for ambition, intelligence, personality, and drive
Outgoing, confident communicator comfortable speaking professionally with executives
Strong writing skills and ability to craft thoughtful, personalized outreach messages
Resourceful researcher who enjoys understanding how to reach the right people
Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time management
Competitive, self-motivated, and committed to weekly KPI achievement
Thrives in a fast-paced, in-office environment and wants to grow within the company
