Responsibilities

Monthly general ledger entries and account reconciliations
Support month-end close and financial statements
Credit card reconciliations, cash reconciliations, and bank account reconciliations
Oversee treasury functions – banking and cash focus
Month/Quarter/Year-End Close Support Activities
Working within ERP and Excel to complete special projects
Ad hoc special projects

Qualification

General Ledger ExperienceTreasury/Cash ExperienceERP Financial SoftwareAccounting DegreeProactive Personality

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or equivalent
3+ years of General Ledger Experience
2+ years of Treasury/Cash experience
Cash/Treasury accounting including overseeing bank accounts
2+ years' experience with ERP financial software
Must be proactive personality
Ability to be in the office in the Cranberry/Mars area daily
