Responsibilities
Build and maintain a network of specialized professionals within your technical market. (You do not need prior expertise in any fields; we will train you)
Source, qualify, and interview candidates to assess skills, motivations, and fit
Partner with client companies to understand hiring needs, advise on strategy, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
Negotiate offers, manage pipelines, and close placements to meet and exceed revenue goals
Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize output and profitability
Contribute to team growth, culture, and shared performance targets
Qualification
Required

Organized, dependable, and skilled at managing multiple priorities
An excellent communicator who builds rapport easily
Proven track record of achievement - academic, athletic, professional, or personal

$40,000 base salary + competitive uncapped commission structure (OTE $70,000-$90,000+ for first year consultants)
